TheMrFixedit (“TheMrFixedit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an online store operated by Steel City Appliance Repair LLC. - Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card is entered directly with Stripe — we do not see or store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to: process, fulfill, and ship your order; send you order confirmations, shipping notices, and tracking updates; provide customer support; prevent fraud; comply with the law; and improve our Site and products.
3. How we share your information
We share your information only as needed to run the store:
- Fulfillment: to ship your part, we send your name and shipping address to the parts distributor and shipping carrier that deliver your order. Orders are shipped “blind” — your order arrives under the TheMrFixedit name, not the distributor’s.
- Service providers: our payment processor (Stripe), email/notification services, and website hosting providers, who handle this data on our behalf.
- Legal: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
The Site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Site works.
5. Data retention
We keep order and customer information as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Our Site may link to other sites (such as YouTube or product manufacturers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
